Revision and Payment Terms
What is included in revisions
Each package includes revision rounds to adjust design details based on your feedback. Revisions cover changes to layout, dimensions, window and door placement, roofline, and other design elements within the original project scope.
What counts as a scope change
A scope change is a request that fundamentally alters the original project — for example, switching from a sunroom to a screen room, adding a second structure, or requesting a completely different design direction after the initial rendering is delivered. Scope changes may require a new project submission.
Incorrect dimensions or information
SDL designs from the information provided at submission. If a design is completed based on dimensions or specifications that are later found to be incorrect, a revision can be submitted with the corrected information. Revisions due to contractor-supplied errors are treated as standard revision rounds where possible.
Payment
Payment is collected prior to design delivery. SDL will confirm project details and begin work after submission. If you have questions about a project before submitting, contact Delaney directly.
